Telemedicine appointments are here to stay. This allows for new patient and follow-up appointments with less time involved, but with the same attentive care that you have come to expect. Here are a few tips that will make your appointment go smoothly.
Make sure your device has a webcam and it is enabled. This typically isn’t an issue with tablets, or smart phones, but it can be with laptops and desktop computers. Don’t let this scare you off thought!! Our awesome front office conducts a pre-call with each telemedicine patient to ensure that everything is ready to go for your appointment. This includes troubleshooting most any computer issue you may have.
